PlantNet are vary exicted about their NEW online shop!!
As this is our second year sending plants we have specific freight despatch dates. In most cases we allow 1 - 4 days for plants to reach it's destination.
The 2010 Despatch dates for 2010 are as follows:
7th June, 2010
21st June, 2010
12thJuly, 2010
2nd August, 2010
+ others to be confirmed.....
If we find that orders are being filled quickly we will increase despatches to weekly cycles to ensure there is no back log.
Unless there is special instructions from you to leave the package somewhere at you place if you are not home, we will instruct the courier to "leave in a safe place".
Due to Quarantine restrictions we are unable to send plants to Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
All PlantNet products are sent out as a bareroot plant, (dipped in a water gel) in a 1.2m box which is a great size for our dwarf trees....for all other products, namely the Angel Peach, Spring Satin and Apricot Fireball - products above 1.2m we may have to prune them to allow them to fit into the box - but HEY, it saves you the work of having to prune the plant when you get it, as per the Pruning Guide in Plant Care section of our website!
We are pleased to say that we are going to be using the expertise of the Swane's Nursery team for all our packaging and despatching needs. These guys are seasoned campaigners in sending our their BEAUTIFUL bare root roses each year and have mastered the technique of ensuring that plants arrive in a safe, alive and in a nice healthy condition - Check out Swane's Roses here.
Happy Gardening!!!
